At BodiPos, we do our best to support your pregnant body in a way that feels good to you. With options like face-down pregnancy bolsters, side-lying, and face-up incline pillows, you’ll be comfortable and relaxed the entire session.

Let’s clear up a few myths while we’re at it:

  • Myth: You can’t get a massage during your first trimester.

    Truth: You absolutely can! Just get the ok from your provider and go to a massage therapist trained in prenatal work. The key is working with someone who knows how to modify the session to suit your needs.

  • Myth: Prenatal massage can “cause” miscarriage.

    Truth: There is no evidence to support this. Massage doesn’t cause pregnancy loss, and when done properly, is safe and beneficial to your pregnancy.

  • Myth: You have to lie flat on your back the whole time.

    Truth: Nope! We use bolsters, cushions, and side-lying to keep you supported and comfortable.
