What should i expect as a new client?

At your first session, we take time to listen. You’ll have a thorough consultation where we talk about your pain points, stress levels, and what you’re hoping to get out of your massage. Based on that, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored just for you. After your massage, I’ll share what I noticed and make any suggestions to help you

How do I prepare for my Massage?

Have a light snack beforehand, Hydrate, and avoid alcohol, marijuana, and pain medications for 12 hours before your appointment. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to change out of. When you arrive, use the restroom. Before you get on the table, remove any jewelry. Silence your phone. Take a few deep breaths once you’re on the table. You’re in good hands from here.

Do I have to get completely Undressed?

Not at all. You should undress to your comfort level. Whether that’s leaving on your underwear or staying fully clothed. You’ll always be properly draped (covered with a sheet and blanket).

DOes massage Hurt?

It shouldn’t. I specialize in targeted, therapeutic massage that works out tension—but I try to never push past your comfort. If anything feels too intense (or too light!), just let me know. This is your session, and you’re in control.

what if i’m self-conscious about my body?

You’re not alone—and you’re absolutely welcome here. I practice body-neutral massage, which means your comfort, preferences, and boundaries come first. I adjust everything to work with your body, not against it. You don’t need to change anything about yourself to be worthy of care.

What if I fall asleep, drool, or snore?

Totally normal. And honestly? Kind of a compliment. If you drift off, it just means your body feels safe enough to relax. There’s no judgement here. Ever.

What if I’ve never had a massage before?

That’s okay! I’ll walk you through everything. There’s no pressure, and nothing is too small to ask. First-times are always welcome.

How often should I get a massage?

For lasting relief and real results, monthly massage (or more!) is ideal. Regular sessions help manage chronic tension, reduce stress, and give you someting restorative to look forward to. That’s why I created the BodiPos Club to make ongoing care simple and affordable.

What payments Types do you accept?

A: Card, cash (exact change only), or Venmo.

Do I Leave a tip?

Gratuity is never expected—but always appreciated.

What are your cancellation and no-show policies?

Life happens! Just give me at least a 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. You can text, leave a voicemail, or cancel online. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full amount.
